Sweet & Spicy Sandwich Spread

  So Ed is a total sandwich king! This man loves sandwiches. So we love to get creative with our sandwiches. Sometimes typical cheese paste and tuna paste are so boring. I love to make spreads to add some flavors to our heartier sandwiches like subs. So here is a quick recipe of a spread we like to use on our fish subs and sandwiches.

Spicy Lemon Spread

3oz mayonnaise
1tbsp lemons juice
2tsp capers (chopped)
1tsp (chopped) jalapeno
1/2 tsp paprika
1tsp honey
1tbsp chopped chives
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
Salt to taste

Method: Mix all ingredients together in small bowl until combined.
ENJOY!!!
